I love surfing the internet and when I find an interesting spot in the web that I think others could also be interested in, I just want you to know about it 
This little blog, The Newbie Phenomenon, hosts a few really nice articles that discuss basic tools and skills a newbie should know about before diving into opening her/his doors to their new e-business. I just discovered, that there is something like a little contest (don’t know though, if you can take it serious) about what the best tool or software to start out a new website would be.
I suggested a resource which is absolutely fantastic (and not only for people who want to start and learn how to create a website from scratch) over there, so will see, if I have got a chance to “win” something?
There is a page with quite a few useful tutorials on webpage design and i think they are really nicely done and helpful.
